All Your monthly RV Campsite questions, answered.

  • Yes! We offer both short- and long-term monthly camping options. Standard monthly sites range from $905.00 to $1,005.00 per month plus electric. This includes city water, city sewer, trash service, and full access to all campground amenities. Overnight area monthly sites are $1,260.00 per month, and include electric, water, sewer, trash, and amenities.

  • No, we do not offer refunds for early departures.

  • No, there’s no age limit for RVs or campers. However, all units must be clean, in good working order, and free of visible damage.

  • We allow up to two pets per site. Pets must follow all campground rules, including being leashed and cleaned up after at all times.

  • Standard camping fees cover two adults and three to four children per camper. Additional guests are welcome but will incur an extra charge.

  • We are open year-round, offering camping in every season.

  • For overnight camping, check-in begins at 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Monthly campers can check in Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM; arrivals outside of these times will stay in an overnight lot until the next business day. For Park Model Cabins, check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

  • Rates vary depending on site location, size, and amenities. Contact us directly for current seasonal pricing and availability.

  • Each seasonal site includes full hookups (30/50-amp electric, water, and sewer), Wi-Fi, a picnic table, and a fire ring. You'll also have full access to all campground amenities and events throughout the season.

  • Absolutely. Golf carts are allowed with a small nightly fee and must follow our campground rules. Drivers must be 21 or older.

  • Yes! We welcome up to two pets per site. Pets must be leashed when outside and cleaned up after at all times.

  • Yes, we offer clean, modern laundry and bathhouse facilities that are open to all guests.
